The Context

The event needed more than a registration page. It needed a controlled confirmation workflow.

For event organisers, registration is rarely just about collecting names. The real operational challenge is managing participant details, checking payment proof, confirming valid entries, assigning participant numbers and keeping everyone updated without relying on scattered manual messages.

A standard campaign landing page can explain an event, but it does not solve the organiser's backend workload. Tianma Charity Fair required a more structured journey where participants could register online, upload payment proof, receive acknowledgement, wait for admin verification, and then receive confirmation through WhatsApp.
